Offers bold flavor: As someone who’s lived in New York City for almost half her life, I’ve become somewhat of a pizza snob. I like my plain cheese slices with a hefty amount of red chili flakes and a little hot honey but, since receiving a sample of this Pizza Oil, I’ve switched up my go-to toppings. Ditching both my OGs for this olive oil drizzle, it’s the perfect balance of spicy and herbaceous.

Surprisingly versatile: The product market might label this as a pizza oil, but I’ve used it on everything from popcorn and ricotta toast to spaghetti and roasted veggies. And it’s so much more than a finishing oil, you can even use it to bake your own homemade pizzas for added flavor right from the start.
- Long-lasting: I’ve had a single bottle of this pizza oil for almost four months now, and I’d say I’m only about halfway through the 12-ounce bottle. It’s important to note that I’ve used this several times a week since and have even let guests use it when they come over and we order pizza. Needless to say, a little goes a long way with this product.

Something to note: This oil has a high smoke point (410°F), which makes it a great option for searing, roasting and sautéing. |
