In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them with clarity, warmth, and professionalism as they explore whether our care is the right fit.
You’ll play a key role in new patient acquisition and onboarding coordination, helping prospective patients feel heard, informed, and confident as they take the first step toward working with our clinical team.
In this role, you’ll:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients
- Manage new patient outreach (emails, phone calls, contact forms, Podium chats)
- Answer FAQs and clearly explain our care approach and onboarding steps
- Guide prospective patients through scheduling and beginning care
- Conduct new patient onboarding visits to welcome patients and answer questions
- Prepare accurate charts for the clinical team
- Help ensure a smooth, supportive, and professional start to the patient journey
We’re looking for someone extremely positive and personable, passionate about health and healthcare, with strong communication skills and highly relevant experience in new patient coordination or patient acquisition.
You should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, growth-minded, and excited to improve systems while working autonomously.
