– Supplier delays
– Some products going out of stock
– And honestly… a few delivery headaches (especially international)
Not ideal. We know.
So here’s what we’ve done:
We’ve moved all international shipping over to Royal Mail
→ more reliable
→ fewer delays
→ smoother tracking
And we’re tightening up stock so we don’t oversell again.
We’d rather be straight with you than pretend everything’s perfect.
