The Main Dish:

• Monday Main: Greek Turkey Burgers​ - A fresh twist on a classic burger, they're juicy, flavorful, and loaded with Mediterranean-inspired ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, feta cheese.

• Tuesday Main: Citrus Shrimp and Avocado Salad - Possibly my favorite salad of all time—this simple but totally flavorful salad combines pan-seared citrus shrimp, creamy avocado, and the crunch of sliced almonds.

• Wednesday Main: Easy Chicken Piccata - When it seems there’s nothing to cook for dinner, this recipe is one I can always pull out of my magic hat and have on the table in under 20 minutes.

• Thursday Main: Gnocchi With Pomodoro Sauce - This simple tomato sauce gets tons of flavor from herbs steeped in olive oil that lusciously coats potato pillows of gnocchi, topped with fresh balls of mozzarella.

• Friday Main: Mediterranean Chicken Quinoa Bowl​ - This recipe is a super easy one to pull off any night of the week, and is a favorite of mine for quick dinners because I can literally toss a few leftovers together and dinner is served.
