Could walking around naked in front of multiple strangers make us feel better about our bodies?
Nudist events have traditionally been dominated by older men, but that’s changing. A new wave of Gen Z and Millennial women are finding it helps with confidence and mental health. There’s even gender quotas at some get-togethers to make sure the women attending feel comfortable.

The type-1 diabetes sufferer eventually refused to leave and was admitted to hospital. She says she was later told she was septic. We know emergency departments across the country are under enormous strain and pressure. This was meant to be eased by the federal government’s rollout of urgent care clinics.
