Here are 5 dumb ways to get everything you want:
1. Every time you judge someone, write down what you're jealous of. It's showing you everything you're too chickensh*t to go after.
2. Find your core excuse. "I'm tired." "My body hurts." Whatever bullsh*t justification you use to self sabotage - find it, name it, and stop using it.
3. Next time they trigger you, don't react. Open your journal. Write everything you dislike in them & then say "I'm just like them"
4. Write a letter to the version of you that self sabotages. List every toxic behaviour you do & then say "thank you for this truth bomb"
5. Write a list of everyone you blame for where you are. Now rewrite only blaming yourself. That's your shadow work.
