Northbound Interstate 25 was closed Wednesday morning near Fort Collins in northern Colorado for a crash, according to state transportation officials.

“We recognize and support the critical need for expanded mental health services,” Northglenn Mayor Meredith Leighty said. “But good intentions on their own are not enough.”
