At the HBR Leadership Summit, you’ll take part in an interactive case discussion designed to bring real-world leadership challenges to life.

The Harvard Business School case—JPMorganChase: Leadership in the Age of GenAI—explores how the firm rolled out generative AI to more than 200,000 employees while maintaining strict standards—and what it took to move from early skepticism to broad adoption.

Karim Lakhani

Led by HBS Professor Karim Lakhani, the virtual session includes a classroom-style discussion and short breakout groups with peers. The case will be shared in advance.

It’s part of a full day of CEO conversations and masterclasses, featuring leaders like John Stankey of AT&T and Ynon Kreiz of Mattel, and experts such as Wharton’s Angela Duckworth and Harvard Business School’s Linda Hill.
