Musk's case against OpenAI got tossed...

Greetings earthling. If you felt a looming presence above you, it wasn’t your co-worker who’s always peeping at your screen. According to NASA, the recently discovered asteroid 2026JH2 passed close to Earth yesterday. While it was never near enough to threaten us with the fate of the dinosaurs, it did get within 24% of the average distance between the Earth and the moon—which is pretty darn close in celestial object terms. Missed it? 2026JH2 is expected to do another drive by in 2060, though it’ll be farther away then.
