This position is located in the Office of Strategic Planning and Performance Management (SPPM), reporting to the Strategic Planning Officer. The incumbent’s activities support the Library’s planning, performance, and risk (PPR) programs, the Enterprise Planning and Management (EPM) initiative, and other SPPM activities to help drive improved decision-making at the Library of Congress (Library). The incumbent studies data, builds analyses, synthesizes insights, creates presentations, and delivers practical and timely solutions to Library planners. The incumbent ensures the timely fusion of external data sources into the data holding, and monitors the content for quality and compliance with the EPM data governance framework. The incumbent operates and manages the Library’s application to collect, link, store, and report on PPR data created by Library planners at various levels.
