Access urgent care, even on holidays, by dialing 833-933-1106 for VA Health Connect.

The Clinical Contact Center service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Call us anytime (1-833-933-1106) if you have a non-emergency medical condition, are unable to see your primary care provider, or when you simply prefer a convenient, cost-effective alternative to the emergency room, urgent care center, or clinic.

• For Specialty Care, please call the Specialty Access Care Team at 203-937-4700.

• For Mental Health, please call the Mental Health Call Center at 203-937-5711, ext. 18302.

In case of mental health or other emergencies:

Call 911 or the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1). Go to the nearest ER. Notify VA within 72 hours of an ER visit via the Emergency Care Reporting Portal or call 844-724-7842 (TTY: 711)
