Access urgent care, even on holidays, by dialing 833-933-1106 for VA Health Connect.
The Clinical Contact Center service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Call us anytime (1-833-933-1106) if you have a non-emergency medical condition, are unable to see your primary care provider, or when you simply prefer a convenient, cost-effective alternative to the emergency room, urgent care center, or clinic.
CORRECTION: The previous email incorrectly noted that the Specialty Access Care Team and Mental Health Call Center are open Monday, May 25th. These clinics are closed Monday and returning to normal service hours on Tuesday, May 26th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Veterans may call 833-933-1106 for any questions related to urgent care.

Call 911 or the Veterans Crisis Line at 988 (press 1). Go to the nearest ER. Notify VA within 72 hours of an ER visit via the Emergency Care Reporting Portal or call 844-724-7842 (TTY: 711)
