I was glad you checked in, and honestly I think keeping the plan simple will help the whole week feel less scattered.
Yesterday turned into a string of small tasks, so I started writing things down as soon as they came to mind.
That usually keeps me from circling back and forgetting half of what needed attention later in the day.
I also moved a few things around at home, and it ended up making the room feel calmer than I expected.
It is funny how changing one shelf or clearing one corner can reset everything a bit.
As for tomorrow, I am leaning toward an early start so I can finish the outside tasks before the afternoon gets too warm.
If the timing works for you, send me a note after lunch and I can confirm the rest.
I do not need anything elaborate, just a straightforward plan and a little heads up.
That should keep everything smooth without making the day feel too packed.

I looked over what you sent, and my first thought was that we might be making it harder than it needs to be.
From my side, the easiest approach is still to pick one time, keep expectations clear, and avoid adding last minute changes unless something truly shifts.
I have learned that when I try to rearrange everything at once, I lose track of the things that actually matter.
So today I kept it simple, handled the annoyance I had been avoiding, and left myself a little room to breathe after that.
It helped more than I expected.
If you are free later, I can still join the call or send the notes another way, whatever is less disruptive.
I am open either way.
I just want to make sure we do not create extra confusion for ourselves by rushing into five different decisions at once.
Let me know what sounds easiest, and I will work with that so the rest of the week feels a bit more steady.
