I finally replaced the old cabinet handles in the kitchen – such a small change but it upgrades the whole look. Picked up some brushed nickel pulls from the hardware store. My neighbor recommended them and they were right. Also started a little herb garden on the windowsill. Basil and mint are sprouting already. Need to remember to water them consistently.
