Hey there, outdoors folks!

Not a fan of hot weather? Me, either. I don't like running, cycling or hiking in it. I'll be at Coors Field Sunday to cheer on my beloved Milwaukee Brewers and unfortunately the high temperature is supposed to hit 96. I guess it will be a good day for the 30th Annual Belly Flop Competition at Water World, though. That will start at 11:30 a.m.

Heads up

Hot, sunny weather is in store for the metro area this weekend wth high temperatures in the 90s. You can cool off in the mountains, though. Highs will be in the 60s.

With the arrival of peak wildflower season, the Breckenridge Tourism Office and the Town of Breckenridge have launched an online service, Breckenridge Wildflower Watch.
