If I'm playing a game, I want to win 100-0.
Not score a few goals then phone it in.
I've always been wired that way.
But something I see a lot (especially with guys doing well) is the opposite.
They start strong. Drop some weight. Feel better in their clothes. People notice. And then slowly, without deciding it, they stop trying.
Not even quitting. Just... stop pressing forward.
They're up 3-0 and they start playing 'not to lose'.
Think back to why you started lifting weights and eating better.
The moment you decided enough was enough.
When you looked in the mirror or caught yourself winded on the stairs or just woke up one day tired of doing a half-assed job.
You wanted to feel something. Progress. Momentum.
Once it started working - when the scale was moving and you were sleeping better and you could feel your clothes fitting different - don't you remember that feeling?
That feeling is waiting for you.
To be real with you, A, this isn't for everyone.
Some guys are genuinely happy where they're at. That's awesome.
But if you read this and know something is missing, that's a sign.
