| If you are an afternoon snacker, smoothie bags will save you. I prep a few ahead of time, so it’s as simple as dumping and blending. I suggest a combination of fruit + chia or flax seeds + greens, then all you have to do is add a liquid. Smoothies also give you an extra hydration boost (bonus points!!). |
