Singapore-backed Frasers Property Australia has snapped up two major housing estate sites in Queensland and Victoria that will boost its pipeline by 3800 lots.

Malaysian development giant UEM Sunrise has locked in living-sector specialist Kio Investment Management to invest in its build-to-rent project in the Melbourne suburb of Collingwood in a $315m deal.

Property funds house Charter Hall Group has bought the Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology life science facility in the Brisbane suburb of Bowen Hills from Sonic Healthcare for $445m.
