Thanks for the update on the community garden project. I think we should go with the raised beds plan rather than the in-ground plots - it will be easier to maintain and we can control the soil quality. Also, the volunteer sign-up sheet is almost full, which is great. I will bring the compost bin and some extra seeds this Saturday. Let me know if you need me to pick up anything else from the store. The weather forecast looks good for the weekend, so we should be able to get a lot done. I have also been thinking about the irrigation system - maybe we can use drip lines this year to save water. What do you think? We can discuss more on Wednesday evening at the meeting.
