just got back from the park and the weather was perfect. we ended up playing frisbee for nearly an hour before grabbing coffee at that little place around the corner. honestly it was exactly what i needed after the week i have been having. i think we should plan something similar for next weekend maybe a picnic if the forecast holds. anyway i hope your day is going well too.

oh and by the way did you see that new series everyone is talking about? i started it last night and i am already three episodes in. the pacing is really good and the soundtrack is surprisingly catchy. let me know if you want to watch it together sometime. i can make popcorn.

i finally tried that sourdough starter recipe you sent me last month. it took a few tries but the third loaf actually came out with a decent crumb and a nice crispy crust. the whole process was surprisingly relaxing once you get the rhythm down. i think next time i will add some rosemary and sea salt on top.
