Before you scoff (hot springs in this heat?), remember that a hot soak is often paired with a satisfyingly chilly cold plunge. Alternating hot and cold can be both soothing and revitalizing. Short on time or vacation days? A warm bath with Epsom salts or lavender oil, followed by a cold rinse, is your staycation solution.
