Important notice regarding your SimpleFX account

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the entity providing your services.

1. Change of Service Provider

Effective 12 July 2026, your services will be provided by a different entity within our group, 8TECH PA LLC. Your account and associated services will be transferred to 8TECH PA LLC automatically, unless you notify us of your objection before this date. If we do not receive a rejection from you, your account will be migrated to the new entity on the effective date.

2. FIAT Operations

Please note that if you wish to deposit or withdraw FIAT currency, you will need to onboard separately with 8TECH LTD, registered in Mauritius, as FIAT operations will not be available through 8TECH PA LLC. Our team is available to assist you with this onboarding process should you choose to proceed.

1. What happens if I object to the transfer to 8TECH PA LLC?
If you object to the transfer, your agreement with us will be terminated. In that case, all your open positions must be closed by 12 July 2026.

2. Will I need to complete onboarding/KYC again with the new entity?
The migration to 8TECH PA LLC (Panama) is automatic and requires no re-onboarding. However, if you choose to move to 8TECH LTD (Mauritius) to continue operating in FIAT, you will need to complete that entity's separate onboarding process.

3. Who is the new Panama entity (8TECH PA LLC), and under what licenses does it operate?
8TECH PA LLC is the group company domiciled in the Republic of Panama (Kuna de Wargandí Territory) that will provide your services following the migration. It is registered as an International Business Company (Company Number 0004-IBC-2026) and holds two licenses issued by the Kuna de Wargandí International Services Authority (KUNAISA):

a. Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) License No. V0042026
b. Contracts for Difference (CFDs) License No. FX0032026
