Yeah I finally got around to trying that sourdough recipe you sent me last month.
It took a couple tries to get the starter right but once it was active the bread came out amazing.
The crust was perfectly crispy and the inside was soft and chewy.
I added a little rosemary and sea salt on top and it smelled incredible while baking.
My whole kitchen was warm and full of that fresh bread smell for hours.
I think next time I will try adding some olives or maybe sun dried tomatoes.
Let me know if you have any other baking tips because I am really getting into this now.

I finally finished reorganizing my garage last weekend and it feels like a whole new space.
I built some simple shelves along the back wall and hung a pegboard for all the smaller tools.
Everything has its place now and I can actually find what I need in under a minute.
My neighbor came over to borrow a wrench and was surprised how tidy everything looked.
I still need to sort through a couple boxes of old hardware but that is a project for another weekend.
