Novartis has announced its third deal of the year, with plans to acquire the ADC biotech Myricx Bio for $1.1 billion upfront. Also in 2026, Novartis said it would be buying Excellergy and its IgE antibody and a next-gen PI3Kα inhibitor developed by Pikavation. You can read more on the Monday deal here.
