Friends, Many of you have already signed up for tonight’s final free live watchalong of The Last Class film — about my final semester of teaching (after more than 40 years), and also about education, democracy, leadership, and the arc of life. I’ll be joining Elliot Kirschner (the film’s director) and Heather Kinlaw Lofthouse (executive director of Inequality Media Civic Action and also the film’s producer), as we watch it along with you — starting at 5:30 p.m. PT / 8:30 p.m. ET. We’ll introduce the film, offer a bit of commentary during it, and answer questions at the end. They’ll also show a sneak peek of our next film. All you need to do is click this link to watch. Again, the film will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. PT / 8:30 p.m. ET (and time zones between). This is a live event, just like TV in the old days. We’ll start right on time. So please try to log on a few minutes early. Note: When the event ends, the link will no longer be watchable. Feel free to share this invitation, and we hope to see as many of you as possible later this evening. See you at the movies!
So glad you can be here today. Please consider becoming a paid subscriber of this community so we can do even more. |
