Hi Chud
It's not effort. It's not talent. It's the order.
Over the next few days I’m going to consider why most people who try to build something online rarely get the traction they’d hoped and often give up before they really get
started.
It’s not because they are lazy. They're not lacking in intelligence. They're not missing some secret the successful people have.
They're just doing things in the wrong order.
They pick a model. Choose a niche. Build a product. Put up a website. Then wait for someone to buy. Nobody buys.
And the slow, quiet conclusion they draw, the one they don't say out loud, is that maybe the problem is
them.
It isn't. It's the sequence.
Most online income fails at the build stage. Not because the product is bad. But because it was built before anyone confirmed they wanted it. Before a single real person said yes, I have that problem, and yes, I would pay to solve it.
That's not a talent problem. It's an order problem.
And once you see it, you can't unsee it.
Over the next few emails I'm going to walk
you through what the right order looks like, why it's different from what most people do, and why it changes everything when you get it right.
No pitch. No rush. Just the idea, laid out plainly.
Stay with me.
Adrian.
