Colorado wildfires: Green Ridge fire evacuations lifted near Steamboat; tax relief offered to those affected by fires

Mandatory evacuations were lifted Tuesday as crews gained containment on the Green Ridge fire burning near Steamboat Springs, according to Routt County officials.
