In Napa Valley, friends had murmured about Paul Pelosi’s health long before his recent crash made him the talk of the town. This month, Pelosi, the 86-year-old husband of former Speaker Nancy Pelosi, slammed his convertible into a parked car and then continued driving, the authorities said.
