“I love this because 1. It’s tomato season in Virginia; 2. It’s a no-recipe recipe; 3. My AC is busted and it doesn’t require me using my stove (right out the toaster is perfectly acceptable if you spread the mayo and cheese while the toast is still toasty); 4. Easily elevated with a few chopped herbs, bacon bits, grated onion, etc.; 5. I’ve eaten some version of this every day for the past week and haven’t gotten tired of it.”
