Five steps. Most people skip the first two.
I want to give you the whole framework in one place.
This is the order that works. Not the order most people follow — the order that actually produces results.
Step one: Find a problem worth solving. Not a broad category. A specific person with a specific
problem they're actively trying to fix. The more precisely you can name them, the easier everything that follows becomes.
Step two: Validate that people will pay to solve it. This is the step most people skip. Talk to real people. Ask real questions. Get a real signal before you build a single thing. Until you have this, you have an idea, not a business.
Step three: Create the minimum version. Not the full product. Not the
polished course with 47 modules. The simplest possible thing that gets a real person a real result. Build that first.
Step four: Bring it to market. Real conversations. Real outreach. Real buyers or real feedback. Either outcome is useful.
Step five: Scale what works. Only once you have proof — once real people have bought and gotten results — do you invest in funnels, content, paid traffic, and growth.
Do
not build anything until you've completed steps one and two.
The OPS Challenge is where you do all of this with AI support doing the heavy lifting alongside you, so you're not figuring it out alone.
