On Monday night, U.S. President Donald Trump unveiled a fresh threat to impose 50 per cent tariffs on most Canadian goods.
The new tariff will take effect in 30 days and will apply to goods covered by the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement on free trade, an administration official said.
