Pharma companies suffered another loss on Tuesday in their fight to launch 340B rebate models. A federal appeals court sided with HHS in cases brought by Novartis, Bristol Myers Squibb, Eli Lilly and Johnson & Johnson, ruling that the companies must win agency approval before launching their new reimbursement models. But that doesn’t mean the pharma companies won’t ultimately get their way. We’ll be watching to see what happens next. |
