UPDATE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We always aim to refine your Bitpanda experience. As part of this, we've updated our Terms and Conditions. Here are the latest changes:

E-Tokens (Crypto-assets) & Payments Terms: Transfers of e-money tokens (EMTs), such as EURCV or USDC, will now be processed by our regulated entity, Bitpanda Payments. Additionally, to align with updated European regulatory requirements, you will now only be able to send EMTs to external digital wallets in your name.

New API Terms: We have introduced a dedicated set of terms specifically governing the use of our APIs to ensure a more secure and structured environment for our users and automated trading.
