Proposals that satisfy all mandatory requirements outlined in the Scope of Work will be assessed based on the following:

• Technical Suitability
  Compliance with the requirements and specifications detailed in the Scope of Work.
• Relevant Experience
  Demonstrated successful completion of similar projects with qualified personnel and proven capability.
• Commercial Proposal
  Competitiveness of pricing and overall value in comparison with prevailing market conditions.
• Proposal Quality
  Clarity, completeness, organization, and overall presentation of the submission.

General Conditions

• NARCON reserves the right to cancel this tender process at any time without prior notice or obligation.
• NARCON reserves the right to reject or disqualify any proposal at its sole discretion.
• Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered.
• NARCON may award the contract to one or multiple successful bidders, as deemed appropriate.

Submission Requirements

All bidders are required to:

• Print the attached Invitation and Contractor Contract Template.
• Sign and stamp every page of both documents.
• Scan the completed documents and include them with the proposal submission email.
