Next HAB You Heard Webinar: July 28, 2026

Please join HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) for the July HAB You Heard webinar on July 28, 2026 from 3:00-4:00 pm ET. The HAB You Heard webinar is open to all RWHAP and HAB Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) recipients, subrecipients, stakeholders, and federal staff. Registration is required to participate.

2026 National Ryan White Conference: August 4-7

Registration is still w open for the 2026 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment. Attendees can register to attend this hybrid conference in person in Washington, DC or virtually through the official conference website. Reflecting on the theme, Building on 35 Years of CARE: Strengthening our Foundation and Advancing Access to End the HIV Epidemic, this year's conference will be packed with engaging sessions, insightful poster presentations, and in-person and virtual networking opportunities.

Cultivate Training of Trainers Leadership Program for People with HIV: August 18-20

The program is accepting applications for an upcoming training in its HRSA HAB-supported Cultivate Training of Trainers (ToT) program. The Cultivate leadership training program is for people with HIV who want to expand their leadership skills and their impact on health care planning and programs. The training is in Kansas City, August 18-20.

HRSA Healthy Grants Workshops: August 2026

Registration is open for August 2026 Healthy Grants Workshops. There is no cost to attend, and you can attend as many sessions as you like. See the Healthy Grants Workshops webpage for the schedule of upcoming workshops.


2026 RWHAP Clinical Conference: December 13-15

The 2026 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Clinical Conference will be held in-person in Seattle, December 13-15. The RWHAP Clinical Conference will provide state-of-the-art updates on research, care, and treatment issues in the medical management of HIV infection for experienced HIV clinical decision makers. The conference is planned with and supported by the HIV/AIDS Bureau, HRSA, and is sponsored and organized by the International Antiviral Society-USA (IAS-USA).

Attendance is specifically for HIV clinical decision makers, primarily physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in RWHAP-funded clinics and programs (parts A, B, C, and D). A mix of lectures, case-based interactive presentations, and small-group workshop breakout sessions will be held across the 3 days. Each RWHAP-funded clinic may register up to 3 eligible staff members to attend.

There is no registration fee to attend.

Mapping and Locator Services on NPIN: Now Available

The mapping and organizational search functionality on the National Prevention Information Network (NPIN) and websites such as the GetTested, PrEPlocator, PleasePrEPme, and FindDoxyPEP have now been restored. This includes NPIN's embeddable widgets and locator tools. These tools help users quickly identify essential HIV, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted infections, and TB health services.
