In this edition of US Agenda, we report on the the future of the stadium in the wake of this year's World Cup. US-based studios including HOK, Populous, SOM and HKS shared their predictions of how stadiums will look in 10 years time.
In other stadium news, the Kansas City Chiefs NFL team unveiled plans for a stadium topped with transparent dome.
Meanwhile in Chicago, US studio SOM revealed photos of a tiered skyscraper that topped out on the city's lakefront. In Miami, a proposal was shared for four skyscrapers on the former site of the Miami Herald.
Also this week, the first images of the near-complete prototype swimming pool designed to float in New York's East River were revealed.
