The McHenry Community Based Outpatient Clinic will be closed August 5, 2026, due to a municipal utility outage. Patients with scheduled appointments will be offered the option to reschedule or, if appropriate, convert their appointments to a telehealth/Veterans Video Connect (VVC) appointment.
