The Microswiss Hyper-CHT™ Nozzle uses patented Bondtech CHT geometry to nearly double your flow rate, letting you print much faster without sacrificing quality. By maximizing its internal surface area, it melts filament more efficiently, enabling faster printing while maintaining excellent print quality, layer adhesion, strength, and consistency.

Heating Surface Area
Hyper-CHT™ nozzle features a unique six-chamber internal geometry that increases the heating surface area from 110 mm² to 250 mm² compared to the stock nozzle. This advanced high-flow design increases flow rate by up to 95% while significantly improving layer adhesion through more consistent melting and uniform layer deposition.

Enhanced Layer Adhesion
Because Hyper-CHT™ nozzle melt plastic evenly from the inside out, this give you much stronger layer bonding at any speed. This efficient heating means you can print fast or slow without sacrificing print quality or the tough structural strength needed for functional parts.

The hardened nozzle tip is built to handle virtually any filament, from standard materials to highly abrasive composites.
