I met with Sarah and Mike this morning at the coffee shop on Union Street. We talked for about 40 minutes. The main thing we decided is that the new reporting process will start in March instead of April. I took notes on my phone and sent them the summary right after I got home. Sarah is going to check on the setup we need by next Tuesday. Mike said he can cover the first two weeks of the change if anyone has questions.

I noticed our team meeting has been drifting to later in the day. Last month we met at 9 AM on Tuesdays, and this month it shifted to 11 AM. I checked my schedule and the 11 AM slot makes it hard to get project work done before lunch. I talked to Maria, and she has the same issue.
