Last night Jaye and I made a huge mistake at our 4-year anniversary dinner...

We went to a special multi-course Omakase dinner.

An renowned Japanese chef sits you down.

He decides what you're having for dinner.

Then you're served plate after plate.

With just a few courses left, we decided it wasn't going to be enough food.

So we ordered extra on top of the set menu.

They kindly obliged and brought plates of fish, stew, and more.

We got stuffed.

But that's when Chef Tatsuya resumed what he had already planned for us.

These final plates were the killing blow:

  • Perfectly chewy Japanese rice with wagyu beef

  • Vegetables and salad

  • Sesame ice cream

That's the mistake I see every guy make with fitness and fat loss.

He's three weeks in. The scale is moving. But not fast enough for his taste. So he starts doing more.

Drops calories another 200. Tacks on two extra cardio sessions.

Your coach has seen this exact stretch of your journey a thousand times. He already knows that you're about to get hungry. He already paced for that.

When you add your own calorie cut, and your extra cardio, you hit that wall too soon.

The guys who get top tier results aren't the ones who try to get extra credit. They're the ones who trust their plan.

Trust the chef.

He's served 1000 people just like you.
