Applications are Open: $1.8 Million in Federal Funds Available for Affordable Housing

• The Housing Re-Up Initiative makes an estimated $1.8 million in federal funding available to preserve, rehabilitate and acquire affordable rental housing in Fairfax County.
• Funding supports safety and affordability by modernizing infrastructure and systems, improving climate resiliency and energy efficiency, reducing operating costs and enhancing quality of life.
• A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held Aug. 11 at noon. Applications are due Sept. 21 at 4:30 p.m.
