On Friday, July 31, the Employer Engagement Team hosted a successful hiring event at the Fairfax County Government Center in partnership with Phiston Technologies, a growing company based in Chantilly, Virginia. Phiston is actively hiring for several positions, including Field Service Technicians, Warehouse Technicians, and Team Leads.
The event attracted 57 job seekers who met directly with two hiring managers from Phiston Technologies. The hiring managers conducted resume screenings and on-the-spot interviews, evaluating attendees showcasing their skills and experience.
The employer was extremely pleased with both the turnout and the quality of candidates, expressing confidence that they had several strong prospects for employment.
Our team is supporting Phiston Technologies from "Hello" to "You're hired!" by coordinating follow-up onsite interviews and assisting with the hiring process for candidates who are about to start their new career.
