Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated a female subject stole candy from the business. The Field Operations Division is investigating. (2026-11507)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated persons unknown had broken into their vehicle by breaking the rear window, and stealing the victim's wallet and other contents from inside. The Field Operations Division is investigating. (2026-11641)

Officers responded for the report of an assault. The reporting party stated their roommate threatened them with a knife. The victim declined to prosecute. There is no further information at this time. (2026-11650)

Officers responded for the report of a larceny. The reporting party stated an unknown subject fraudulently ordered concrete valued at approximately $5,700. The Criminal Investigations Section is investigating. (2026-11678) 

 

Hit and Run

 

7-Eleven, 3965 Jermantown Road

  

August 7, 2026 • 4:08 p.m. 

 

Officers responded for the report of an assault and hit and run. The reporting party stated they were pulling into a parking space when another vehicle backed into theirs.  An argument between both parties ensued and subsequently the reporting party was assaulted.  The other driver fled the scene.  Seth Martin, 39 of Fairfax was located and arrested transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Felonious Hit and Run, Property Damage, Assault and Battery, Disorderly Conduct and Dog at Large.  He was issued a $1000 bond. (2026-11770)
