Iza,
Two years ago I sat down and added up what our marketing was actually costing us.
Between our senior marketer, the copywriters, the design help and the ads team, we were spending $25,000 to $30,000 a month.
Around $300,000 a year.
The line item that bothered me most was the Instagram agency.
$7,000 a month.
And to be completely fair, the guy was one of the best in the game. He grew our account past 100,000 followers and earned every cent.
But most of what we paid him for was producing carousels and Reels.
The formats themselves are not complicated. What made them expensive was the labour behind every single post: scripting, designing, editing, captioning, scheduling, week after week…
Then our Facebook page got banned, revenue wobbled, and suddenly every retainer was up for review.
That was the push I needed.
Over the past months, my team and I rebuilt that entire content operation inside Claude.
We now have two configured Specialists that already know the job, our brand and our voice – one produces our carousels, the other produces our Reels and Shorts.
We hand them a topic…
We approve what comes back…
The week posts itself.
Our marketing now runs closer to $10,000 a month, and the content side of it is basically free.
Tomorrow morning EST I'm opening both Specialists up to you, for four days only.
I'll tell you the whole story then, including the post that embarrassed me into taking video seriously.
