By the People at the National Book Festival 

Your friendly By the People staff will be at the National Book Festival this year. The Festival is this Saturday, August 22, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. It's free to the public but you must reserve a ticket in advance. Reserve your ticket today! 

By the People staff and colleagues will be at the "Digital Collections @LOC" table in the Madison section of the Expo Hall from 9am-6pm. Community Manager Abby Shelton will give a presentation at the Library of Congress Pavilion from 3:30-4pm about campaigns related to the American Revolution. And she will be at the Digital Collections table from 12-3pm. Other colleagues will be on hand all day to talk about By the People, web archiving, and digital collections work at the Library. Read more about our table activities in the latest blog post on The Signal.
