Now that you know some of the ways to earn rewards, what happens once you're ready to craft?
The Artisan Program is how the Academy tracks what you have learned and it makes progression on even the longest builds part of the fun.
Every eligible build lesson you complete earns Artisan XP. That XP advances your Artisan Rank from Aspirant through Grandmaster. Every build at the Academy carries a challenge rating from 1 to 10. It is a practical, subjective guide to how demanding the project is, from approachable beginner work to advanced builds. More advanced builds earn more XP. And XP will unlock ranks with special rewards and achievements that will be revealed along the way.
How to get started
Purchasing a pattern or bundle unlocks the courses and lessons tied to the products you own available in your course directory. Some courses also include free lessons, and both Sunrise bracer lessons are free, so you can begin earning Artisan XP without purchasing their patterns.
Earn even more when you complete your builds:
Photo reviews: Submitting a photo review as proof of completion earns Gems back through the VIP program, plus Honor for your contribution and completed work. You can track your reviews on each product page and in your My Armory dashboard.
