Hello,

WTF begins the way the best conversations often do: over dinner, in a room full of people worth knowing.

On October 27 & 28 in Napa Valley, we’re bringing together an intimate group of women across technology, media, finance and culture for two days of candid conversation and meaningful connection at The Information’s annual WTF Summit.

Here’s how it unfolds.

Tuesday afternoon: Arrive and settle in.
Check into the hotel, pick up your credentials and start meeting fellow guests.

Tuesday evening: The conversations begin.
Dinner and a welcome reception lead into our first sessions at 7 p.m., followed by dessert, networking and more time together in the courtyard.

Wednesday morning: Start early.
Join an optional sunrise workout, then gather for breakfast, networking and time to explore the WTF Shop and Library. Main-stage conversations begin at 8:30 a.m.

Wednesday afternoon: Go deeper.
Lunch, breakout sessions and more main-stage discussions keep the day moving—with plenty of time to continue the discourse between sessions.

Wednesday evening: Keep the conversation going.
We’ll close with a reception on the lawn: a chance to unpack the day’s biggest ideas, compare notes and reconnect before heading home.

Like The Information’s journalism, WTF is built around access, substance and conversations that go beyond the talking points.

For those who want to extend the experience, optional gatherings will include a Tuesday lunch for early arrivals and a Wednesday dinner after the official program.

Two days. One exceptional room. Plenty to talk about long after Napa.
