I checked our last three meetings and the start times were not consistent. One was at 9:30 AM, another at 11:00 AM, and the most recent was at 2:15 PM. I think the 2:15 PM slot worked best for the people who call in from the other office. I am going to set all future check-ins for 2:15 PM on Thursdays. I will update the calendar invite today. If anyone has a regular conflict with that time, they can tell me before Friday and I will look for one alternative. I do not want to keep changing the time every week.

I have a meeting set for next Wednesday at 2 PM. I checked my calendar and I have nothing else booked that afternoon. I need to bring my notes from the last call. I am also going to print the updated list of names. I don't think I need to prepare anything new before then. I'll drive over early to find parking.
