We’re excited to introduce Collections — a major expansion of Favorites (which has already been used by nearly 9,000 artists). Collections bring a whole new level of organization to PoseSpace, giving you a personal workspace for your projects, studies, and creative ideas.

You can now group Poses by assignment, commission, class module, sculpture planning, gesture practice, or any theme you choose. Add notes to yourself, give each Collection a meaningful name, and share it with a unique link when you want feedback or collaboration.

All your past Favorites are automatically added to a Collection the first time you log in. Your saved Poses are now easier to find, easier to organize, and easier to use.

A typical shoot is three hours but we were lucky to spent all day in the studio with Anastasia.

With her skill as a sculptor, the shoot was very collaborative with many poses chosen by Anastasia or in response to customer requests. We ended up with 41 unique poses, but those are made up of over 1,800 photos! That's because we took photos from above, below, and straight-on for many of them—sculptor style.

Anastasia has an interest in Pin-up so we also did a freeform session of over 400 photos. Pin‑up is often about the scene around the figure. And, as we’ve done from the very beginning, we photograph in a simple, uncluttered studio so you can provide the story and make the artwork your own.

With over 2,000 photos it will take a little while before they are organized, developed, edited, and packaged to be added to PoseSpace.com. I look at and adjust every single photo individually. But I thought it would be nice to let you know how the shoot went.
