Food Revolution Network

Hi Bob,

Blue Zones are home to the longest-lived communities on Earth.

National Geographic explorer Dan Buettner has studied them all, and he just told us there’s one food that shows up on almost every Blue Zones plate: beans.

About a cup a day of humble, affordable, delicious beans.

His research also revealed something beyond food. Longevity is less about willpower and more about design. First, we shape our environment and our habits, and then our environment and our habits shape us.

There’s still time to catch the rest live.

Watch the finale

Yours for a long and vital life,

Ocean Robbins
